Kangaroo offers other nutritional benefits including being extremely high in B12, and a good source of zinc and iron. It also contains omega-3 fatty acids, and CLA (an important omega-6 fatty acid) giving it anti-inflammatory properties, making it supportive for skin and joint health, and immune and cognitive function.
